The only overclocking that might be possible is BCLK but it's not easy and the results are often not worth the effort. H81 boards do not support multiplier overclocking(with some being the exception with the G3258).

The only thing I can think of is that they are taking advantage of the bios's that were released for a bunch of low end boards so people could overclock the Pentium Anniversary edition CPU. To my knowledge it was only possible with G3258's, that being said if you want to do that then you would need that specific bios version that allowed overclocking on that board if it isn't already installed on it now. I don't know what bios version it is but I feel I should warn you that the H81 motherboards are not designed for overclocking and their power delivery is highly unlikely to cope with an overclocked i5 for extended periods of time. The result of trying to overclock on low end VRM's can include fire.
