Should i go for 960 SLI or GTX 970

so, I should get 4gb ?

4gb of VRAM is really enough for most things these days, as long as you stick to 1080p. Higher resolutions may need some more video buffer as each frame is at a much higher resolution and uses more of the card's VRAM.

Yes, I would get 4gb. With 4gb, the 960s in SLI will rival the 970, which also has 4gb. Plus for the small difference, it's definitely worth it.
