Is there any problems possible when selling on ebay (bidder not paying, returns, etc.) ?

Afaik selling on ebay as a private person usually excludes returns automatically.

 

Don't send the goods unless they are paid - done.

what if somebody bid but did not pay would ebay take any actions?

No, you send in the form from the drop down that they haven't paid, they have until X date to pay if not it's marked as a non-sell you get your final value fee back, and then you relist the item.

There is something about the highest bidding person not paying in the ebay FAQ. I just found it in german for me.
