Could you put it in a PCPartPicker list so people can easily modify it and link it here?

I would highly advise you choose a different psu, also a r9 380 4gb would give you all around better performance if you wanted to max out the settings more you should try to push for a 390.

If you used rebates from different stores you can do much better:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($159.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($80.75 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 390 8GB Nitro Video Card  ($289.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($56.10 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: XFX TS 650W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)  ($84.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $791.77
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

do outlet pc and superbiiz ship to US. if so that's great, except the price I'm assuming would end up being the same because of the monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
