What Monitor should I buy?

I need a monitor with displayport and hdmi that is above 25in, widescreen good, however due to my desk it needs to be less than 18 inches (that's available space but be slightly less so it fits well) in height including stand at lowest setting. I prefer a small bezel and matt black. I don't need a USB hub or speakers but they are allowed. I also don't need extreme tilt/swivel but again it's allowed.
