Amazon return policy? Please help!

I yesterday bought a keyboard from amazon and today i have seen the keyboard i really wanted on reduced sale... Now i am unsure of what i should do with the one i ordered yesterday, i have checked and it has allready been dispatched so i cant cancel the order... When it arrives can i get a full refund from amazon im unsure but i think it is seven days or something... Many Thanks lewis [emoji3]

You can send it back, but you might be charged a restocking fee or the return shipping.

If you are in the EU you can return it unopened for up to 30 days after purchase date for a full refund ( - shipping ), yes.

its like 28 days but its different in different regions and for different types of items,

 

just send it back after a couple days, i even send back opened stuff

If it was bought directly from Amazon then it shouldn't be a problem returning it unopened.  If it was through a reseller on Amazon then you might have problems.

If you bought it from Amazon (not a third-party through Amazon), I'd just start a chat session with them.  Politely explain the situation, and they might just credit your account.  Amazon support is fantastic in my experience!
