Make sure that 8 pin CPU power is plugged in, it's easy to miss. It's in the top left corner of the motherboard.

I connected 2  4 pins into that socket, is that the problem ?

Does it say on the connectors "CPU" or "EPS"? if it says that you're fine. Also are you using the display out on your GPU or motherboard?

All of them say CPU, the monitor is connected to the Motherboard

Connect it to the GPU, also are the plugged in all the way? also one super easy thing to mess up is the front panel connectors- make sure they're all connected properly or else the power led will light up, but the power switch which is a different set of cables won't work.

Unfortunately the monitor i am using is super old. it doesnt have a dvi input and my gpu doesnt have vga, what can i do ?
