I am looking to upgrade my computer before the end of this year and was seeking some advice from others. I have €500 or so to spend and would more than likely be using Newegg [irish Version]. I was leaning towards upgrading my GPU to a GTX 980 or R9 Fury [undecided]. Suggestions?

Go for the Nvidia card. They have better driver support, and I heard that the R9 has some screen tearing issues.
