NEED HELP WITH DARN HEADPHONES

so the thing is i plug in my headphones (its usb headphones) my headphones drivers turns on its software or w/e i also set headphones on default YET i HEAR EVERY SINGLE FART THROUGH SPEAKERS NOT HEADPHONES

please help?

Have you checked that Headphones are actually selected as the audio device?
