What are the pros and cons in upgrading to windows10?

I am using Windows7 and I am very much satisfied with it. Tried Windows8 on laptop but I feel like Windows7 is better.

My brother bought new laptop with Windows10 and somehow it's like Windows8.

Windows 10 is faster, in boot times, in gaming. BUT Windows 7 is (at least as for today) a bit more reliable. Win 10 also has DX12, which is an exclusive W10 feature.

Just download and install windws 10. It is the future. You'll eventually upgrade anyways so you might as well do it now. It's the last version of Windows.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

IT DEPENDS ON THE COMPATIBILTY WITH YOUR COMPONENTS

AND IF ITS THE FIRST WINDOWS OR AN UPGRADE

OI m8 calm down. And that isn't entirely true, Windows 10 is good but has some features that makes it undesirable.

My i5 6500 is bad and can't even maintain 4.5ghz, and 4.4ghz causes it to slowly become unstable over weeks with a vcore of 1.395. FML

I would recommend Windows 7 over 8, 8.1 and 10 just about anyday really the only thing I could say that would have 8 or 10 over 7 would be having a cleaner desktop not being littered with shortcut icons even then I'd probably sacrifice that for the feel and theme of 7 - it feels more natural and futuristic with purity

Yea. I feel like Windows7 is still better. Maybe I should wait till the last month of free Win10 upgrade.
