Gta 5 question

Hello well i have been banned on gta 5 online i bought the game though steam so if i want to play online again what should i go should i like buy a new steam account and play gta from there? or?

IIRC they have some form of hardware banning as well so not sure if a new steam / social club account would work.

You will need a new account and to buy the game again,

You could enable family sharing between your new and old account, share the game with your new account.
