Which is Better?

Go to solution Solved by EarthboundHero,

At Least under 200$

This is the one I almost always recommend, Linus has a review of it.

A monitor will have less input lag and typically look better. Also better DPI.

it also doesn't say he plays games professionally so it doesn't really matter. its best just to save his money.

Input lag can be huge for some people, better DPI can be huge for some people, better viewing angles can be better for some people. It depends on what he wants. He asked what's better, I told him.

That's very similar to my build. My 390 is in RMA right now though, so I'm using a 270 instead. Looks good to me. A TV will be fine, but a monitor will definitely be better if you have the money.

Depends on your price range. The one in my build is pretty good, but I would've gotten something else had it not been on sale.
