Splinter Cell Blacklist Launch Issue

Hi,

 

I've been trying to play the copy of Splinter Cell Blacklist that I got with my new GPU and I've been having a load of trouble. I installed it via uPlay and downloaded and installed the 1.01 patch from ubisoft. I then went to launch the game and got the error message shown in the image. I really want to play this game so help would be much appreciated.

It's an installation error I would think.

Try and extract the game via winrar

 

Contact Ubisoft and see what they say. It might be fixed by a hotfix.

It's an installation error I would think. 

I hope not because uPlay automatically deletes the installers so that would be another 19GB download.

Yay UPlay and its magic! What an utter piece of crap software they shove down your throat. I like Splinter Cell, a lot. It would be nice if they left UPlay out for once.
