Symmetry Between Devices

I love the cloud. I said it. I use Google for most things, school and personal use. Almost all papers are typed in Docs, I use Sheets to track spending, I use Keep for notes and reminders, etc. I even use the same wallpaper for everything. I use three devices for the most part, my phone, laptop and desktop (Samsung Galaxy S6, Asus UX 305, and custom built machine respectively). I use Drive for a lot, and Pushbullet to link my phone to my two PC's. I want to connect in more ways I know of but can't name right now. What are ways you make all your devices be pretty much set up the same way?

Thanks

I don't. If I want a file to be accessible by other devices, I make it as such, but I generally don't 99.999%. So I don't "need" the cloud to keep my devices synced together. They all have their purpose and different type of files, and I'm fine with that.

By hand. Or with PC, copying configs and paste them right after reinstall. Some software work also with same config between linux and windows. LastPass and Xmarks for passwords and bookmarks across all browsers. Bittorrent Sync for direct file syncing.
