What keyboard?

EPresley

I recently built a new computer so I figured I might as well upgrade my keyboard too, however I didn't realize it would be so difficult to find the right keyboard with so many options and variants, so some help would be greatly appreciated!

Just some info on what I'm looking for:

  • Gaming keyboard
  • Mechanical
  • $70-$90 budget
  • Back-lighting is nice but definitely not a deciding factor. I'd rather have something more durable with better performance than something crappy that looks pretty.
  • This is my first mechanical keyboard so unfortunately I don't know what type of switches I want :(

That's about all I have, any brand is acceptable, thanks for the help!

I really like the Cooler Master Storm Quickfire Rapid.

It is available with Cherry MX Brown and Blue switches.

I like that they don't have a numpad, so they don't need as much space.

Also they look clean and simple and are well build.
