That feel when everyone is trying to be real professional because the big bosses are in the call, and that long pause when someone finishes talking.

That feel when you're the person in the conference call to just listen.

That feel when you're the main person talking asking all the questions and trying to remember everyone's name.

That feel when the main person is looking answers from you and you're trying to give good answers that don't sound half ass'ed.

That feel when everyone is joining and you can hear it in their voice that they don't want to be in the call. Lol

That feel when you realize you're working for a huge, sociopathic company that neither cares for nor respects your judgement or feelings. And neither do the people in the higher-ups of the company.

 

And then you want out.

I always picture them as a group of fat, middle-aged english gentlemen with white moustaches, top hats and monocles, jovially smoking pipes as they laugh heartily about that funny little wo/man down on the 14th floor, old chap!

Diffidently true. The more you are involved your employees the better relationship you'll have. If you treat your employees like crap, then they would leave.
