just built this new rig, but, not getting a post, no keyboard/numlock check, no beeps, system powers up, fans start up, chipset cooler in the middle gets hot to the touch, but no vieo signal, with and without the gpu installed,

system details.

amd 6300
asus M5A78L-M/USB3
corsair cx430 psu, 
patriot sport memory, 1600mhz 2 x 4gb

have a;ready tried cmos clear

8700K

Do you have a hard drive? SSD?
