Hello all,

I'm going to keep this as simple as possible;

- I currently have a Sony Xperia M2 running Android 5.1 Lollipop.

- I don't need a new phone, mine is only a year/year and a half old so it's doing just fine as it is.

- I would like a new phone, however.

Should I get the OnePlus Two this weekend on the Black Friday sales (in which you do not need an invite) or should I wait until Q1 2016 for the LG G5 as I planned originally?

Suggestions please.

Regards,

-Cameron

i dont get the point of one plus 2 just seems gimmicky and the invite system makes it seem exclusive when its really not worth it i would say wait  (although lg g5 might have a 4k screen which is pointless)

Thats up to you, do you need the features the OP2 lacks?

(Quick Charge, NFC, etc.)

I have NFC on my current phone, but have rarely used it.

QuickCharge I have never had on a phone and don't see myself in dire need of it.

Reasons? If I may ask.

mostly because i disagree with the way oneplus has its model set up but also because g5 is going stomp it in terms of performance. guess my logic is a bit stupid as you would always be waiting :P

also LG GUI is so nice.

I'm tempted... very tempted. And it's a nice feel in the hand, a friend of mine has one.

The LG GUI is quite a nice one in my opinion.

To be fair, the G5 will be a flagship device coming much later than the OnePlus Two, so logically it will do much better - but it is a whole quarter away.
