Should I upgrade?

Hi everybody,

I'm thinking about upgrading my PC, but as I havent kept up with all the news, I'm not sure where I could or should upgrade. I'm asking because I'm having some FPS problems with Fallout 4 and other newer games. This is my current setup:

 

ASRock Z77 Extreme4

i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz

Gigabyte 290 (4 GB)

Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600 DC - 8GB

Samsung 830 Evo & 840 Evo SSD

 

What would you upgrade?

If you make a post contradicting mine that doesn't directly address my claims, or cites 'facts' without evidence, I'm probably not going to bother responding to it, because you probably didn't bother reading my post properly, and because life is too short. it's a Bethesda game guys - not his system's fault. If he OCs his RAM to 2400MHz he'll get a 40% increase. FO4 is weird

I have no idea how to OC my RAM, so should I buy some faster instead? If I remember correctly, then Linus made a video about having above 8 gigs is almost pointless, so I guess its the speed thats not great?
