You can't upgrade SSD it's soldered on board.

EDIT: My bad. It appears it isn't but it does use a proprietary M.2 like format. Try and find one of those. Only PCI-E SSds will work.

I was thinking of 2015 ones which aren't upgradeable if i remember.

Does anyone know where I can get a 500GB or 1TB SSD for my Macbook Pro 2014? The stock 120GB is getting full... fast.

Macbook Pro SSDs are not soldered.  They use either a custom SATA or PCIe port.  You will have to do a Google search to find a compatible SSD, but they are available.

Current Macbook Pros do not use traditional 2.5" disks. Similar to these except updated for the 2014-2015 models, because they are a bit different. : http://eshop.macsales.com/search/MBR2012A.960

The soldered ones I believe are the non-Pro MacBooks.  Like the Air and "The New Macbook", but I am not 100% sure as I don't have the time to go find out.  But I own Retina Macbook PRO from 2012 and a 2015 model, and these are not soldered.  The early generation models used custom SATA, the later generation models used custom PCIe ports.
