Problem with iphone 4

my cousig gived me sold me an iphone 4 with 100$ (cheap :P ) but the problem that the phone is locked on icloud account activatio, so i asked him about the icloud account but he said that he don't know (strange realy). so i did some things to skip the icloud activation and i used my account. everything went fine but the problem that when i connect the phone to the pc using itunes it sais that this iphone is lost please enter the icloud account to activate. any suggestion ?

He needs to connect it to HIS account and remove his details from the phone

the iphone is using my account but i think that itune recognize the phone by it's imei the phone belong to his old user on their database

 

Yeah he needs to do it on HIS itunes
