multimedia keyboard modding

so i found an old keyboard in our house's roof and i was thinking that i can try some modding on it before i start working on my pc keyboard. the keyboard i found is simple, like the picture. so is there any ideas

how can i paint the keys without touching the signs ?

You can't really, if you paint the keys it would basically need to cover the lettering and make it in a blank key keyboard. It is possible to mask off all of it but the work to do that is not worth it.

Umm I'm not sure if that will work unless you can get a module/board to inferface with the keys to give it a USB plug if it's literally a keyboard taken out of a laptop.
