Combo 1 isnt compatible with each other, that mobo is for Skylake. So 2.

B150 is not compatible with Haswell Refresh CPU' s.

oops im such an idiot, it was supposed to be an i5-6500

 

I'd go with the second combo anyway.

I'd go with the first one because you'll have more upgrade potential.
