For colour matching, I believe Aerocool has some decent DeadSilent series - however quality is not particularly the selling point of those

Venturi is clean AF, seconded that.

Personally, my favorite too - if I could I would return my Noctuas and get some of the Venturis. Heck, even the case fans that come with Fractal Design cases are dead quiet, and venturis are supposedly quieter
