Personally find the app a bit concerning. Even if it only allows you to stalk people you know well (which I doubt), its still wrong. Ripe for abuse. How does Google regulate their app store anyways?

I see. Good and bad, I guess. Good in that it allows creativity and innovation to flow, bad in that stuff like this is easy to push. I'd vote for a check on how well the app protects the user's (and others') privacy, at least.
