Embedded Windows 8.1 (Dream Spark)

Ok, so here's the question.  I was recently introduced to Dream Spark by my cousin.  I am currently a student and this discovery was pretty cool.  Anyway... I saw that their windows 8.1 (os is the last thing I need for my build) was "embedded" 8.1 industry pro.  I don't exactly understand what embedded means or what it does special so I came here to you guys.  I have also never used Dream Spark before so I was just wondering if anyone had and if you can download it to a flash drive like regularly.  Thanks!

embedded means it's already there

Embedded means it's installed on a computer with an embedded cpu. It should work fine on a regular pc. I can't exactly remember but I think you get a download of the iso which you can put on a flash drive and on the website you get a key.
