PC upgrade = boot problems ?

Hey guys,

I have one question.

I'm planning to upgrade my PC next year, when Intel will launch the new 6-core CPUs.

Can I just upgrade to the new CPU (including Mainboard and RAM) and keep using my old SSD + HDD ??

Will I be able to boot into Windows (10) ??

Or will I run into problems ??

Some answers would be great

Yes you can, but you may have problems with windows deactivating as they tie the license to the motherboard. Other than that you won't have any problems

You dont need to buy Windows again.

Most of the time you can get of by giving them a phone call, as long as you dont try to use windows on your old parts at the same time.

I upgraded from sandybridge to haswell using the same (windows 8) activation key.
