In the time it took you to make that list, come to the forums, make this post.. take that and cut it in half, maybe quarters and that's the time it would have taken you to Google and read 5 guides on how to do it because the first link on Google is a "Always up to date Hackintosh guide" that has 100% of everything you need to know.

Well I can garuntee the CPU cooler is fully supported by OSX... Jokes aside, This isnt really a question you need answered. This is you wanting us to do the work for you. All you have to do is just type the part name, and hackintosh into google and its pretty easy to find if its compatible.

Skylake processors are not supported at the moment. Initial support has been provided by the new El Capitan release, but nobody has actually been able to boot successfully and no real Macs have Skylakes in them yet either. Since Skylake processors don't work yet, we have no idea whether or not that motherboard will either and we won't be able to tell until Skylake support is introduced. Right now, using a Haswell processor is still a great option.

All of your other parts should work. Just make sure to download the latest version of the NVIDIA Alternate Graphics Drivers since Maxwell-based cards need that driver for full acceleration.

A full guide on how to prepare your USB, how to install OS X and how to use the post-installation tools correctly can be found here. When planning to do Hackintosh builds, its always a good idea to refer to the TonyMacx86 Buyers' Guide for a list of hardware that has been verified to work natively with OS X.

What parts should I be worried about being compatible?

Couldn't that be possible by having different boot drives or am I overthinking this? I don't know I've never bothered with dual boot.

I plan on doing that once I can assure all my part are working

When should I expect? I already bought these parts.

Okay, sorry if that came off as a little harsh. Since your a begginer, you will want to make sure your motherboard, graphics card and cpu are compatible. The rest doesnt really matter.

Any sites that you recommend to check compatibility?

You will want to make sure that your CPU, GPU and motherboard is compatible. The rest still do matter (even something like an older PCI device can prevent your system from booting in to OS X), but those three are the major ones.

Dual booting Windows and OS X is as simple as booting in to your prepared Hackintosh USB, opening Disk Utility, configuring the drive you wish to install OS X on, and select that drive in the setup wizard.

We don't know exactly when full native Skylake support will be introduced. It could easily be introduced within the next three or four months to ~1 year. If you already purchased the motherboard and CPU, I recommend returning them and purchasing parts that are listed on TonyMacx86's Buyers' Guide.

Like I said, the TonyMacx86 Buyers' Guide is great. All of the parts listed there have been tested and proved to work natively with OS X.

I dont know of any one stop website thats gonna tell you everything. Like I said you can just google the name of the part and hackintosh and find out pretty fast for individual parts. If your shopping for new parts for it, i'd reccomend looking at succesfuly made hackintoshes on pcpartpicker since you know those builds worked.

All of the parts listed here have been tested and proved to work natively with OS X. In addition, builds are also listed here (They call their builds 'CustoMacs')

The Majority of my parts are not supported

If you're referring to that list, you're don't have to pick that specific RAM kit or that specific SSD.

The types of parts that don't really matter in Hackintoshing are Storage, PSU, Case, RAM, CPU Coolers, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, etc.

The three main components that really DO matter are: CPU, GPU, Motherboard.

All of your components should work except your CPU and motherboard.

Sadly no, not usually, if I recall correctly. Like I said earlier, there's no way of knowing whether or not your specific board will work until Skylake support is introduced.

Yes! The VII Hero, VII Ranger, VII Gene and VII Impact all work natively on OS X.

If you went to the TonyMacx86 Buyers' Guide and scrolled down to the Motherboards section, you'd see those mobos listed.

Maybe. You can use benchmark sites, as well as CPUBoss and GPUBoss to find out. I'm not that familiar with using Apple hardware, the only thing that Apple makes that I like enough to use is their operating system.
