Hi there, I have just set up a pc on my own that has installed the Corsair H80i GT, the thing is that the software I installed for it the Corsair Link software displays a blinking red fan controller that says H80iGT Cooler Fan.

Its like if that blinking red fan controller was off but when I look inside the case all fans are spinning and everything seems fine, you can even hear the fans speeding up when they need to so what is this warning I am getting.

Here is a pic.

I am running on a i7 6700K processor and my case is the Corsair 200R

Yea last time I checked both fans where spinning the radiator thing comes with two fans that you have to attach to it an inner one and an outer one and I believe both were spininning last time I opened the case. Isnt it supposed to be like this or do I have to do some sort of configuration?

If I put my hand on the back of the computer where the fans go I can feel cold air coming out of there.

well if both are plugged in correctly to the H80i theres no reason for that to be red

double check the fan connections are in correctly, they only go in one way and all 4 pins should be connected

you may have plugged one in backwards, or offset so that one of the pins is hanging off

also check that the other end of the plug is seated well in the H80i

Ok I have tried a couple of things, could it be that these things are blinking red because they dont have the need to kick in and work.

For example when I turn the computer on the the gtx 960 card fan isnt blinkin red its actually working then its stops and the fan starts blinking red in the software probably because the graphics card is already cool enough as my only activity at that moment is just browsing the internet something that is probably being handled by the integrated gpu.

This has to be the case since I have checked all connections and I even went back to installation video tutorial and everything seem to be properly connected in the right place.

I am also starting to think that the Corsair Link software is faulty since right now the graphics card fan is spinning and the graphics card fan is blinking red in the software

Thanks.
