Cant start pc

Is the 8pin CPU power cable connected? Is the 24pin cable fully 'clicked' into the pins (that was my problem when I built my pc)

Yeah they are .. it was working before we put in the storage and gpu

Try to check if your PSU is faulty.

 

Disconnect all your cables and remove the PSU. Bend a paper clip/get some metal wire and put one end in the green wire of the 24pin cable and the other end into the black cable next to it. Then turn your PSU on. If the fan starts spinning you know that the PSU at least works.
