Intel stock cooler causing overheating?!

I build this pc in the summer and recently i decided to check cpu temps. I realized that my temps might not be good which is scaring me. I have a 4690k.  My idle temps can vary from 39 degrees celcius to 43 degrees. My load can reach up to 69 degrees celcius. I don't have money to spend right now. should i be truly concerned?

Nope. That load temp is fine for a stock cooler.

Those loads are normal, If It goes above 80? You should worry

That's load temperatures, you're fine for now. If you're getting more concerned and you have like $30 to spare, buy a hyper 212 evo

also i have a spare h60. but the problem is that the pump makes noises .... is there a fix for this, so that i can use it in my system.

It will thermal throttle automatically at a certain temperature. You do not have to do anything. Your temperatures are absolutly fine.

No, 70C is pretty normal under load.

Nope, those are standard operating temps, 80+ is cause for concern 90+ is damaging potentially
