I want to know how I can connect my LED's in my PC with power supply using molex. Also what does waterproof LED strip mean? Is 12 volts and 5 amps to much for a power supply?

 

If they are single color LED strip you can use molex to wire them up to 12V, for waterproof strips they have a clear silcone type cover over the LED's to protect them from dust and water. 

 

And for a 5M roll they only use a maybe an amp or two total depending on the LED so if your using a regulated 12V 5amp wall adapter it will be more than capable.
