How to remove push pin?

I wanna remove my mobo heatsink and paint it black but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it, I've got a wrench and some tweezers

If it's one of those ones where it's a prong split in half, shaped almost like a mushroom you can squish it down so it's smaller than the hole and pull it out.
