i have been working at this for hours, I got home today and found that a few of my system files are corrupt
after working for hours to no avail i have thought of an idea.
If i update to windows 10 (im on 8.1) will the files be fixed?
if not, i will be grateful of any suggestion to help me.
thanks in advance

Without spending hours troubleshooting the issue, of which could take days over a forum, your best bet is to re-install Windows.  If you want to install Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 is up to you.  I'd suggest you visit your manufactures help and support to check for compatibility.  Please know that when installing Windows, you don't want to do a upgrade install if you're having system issues, please do a clean install.  You will need to back up all your data as you will lose everything in this process.  I'd once again like to direct you to my guide that is kinda a "Installing Windows for Dummies" guide that will lead you through anything and everything so you'll have the smallest chance of running into this again.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

What's the brand of your audio device and network adapter try reinstalling the driver tell me the brand and I'll find the drivers

When a man comes up to Motherboard he says "hey lady wanna do it" and she slaps him with a board (BEST JOKE 2015) (I'm new to LLT I'm sorry)

There is always a fix, but before I could even start to offer advice I'd have to know whats going on.  Which would require further diagnostics.  I'd suggest you start digging around in the Event Viewer.
