Windows 10 install HELP!

So im at the "where do you want to install windows?" Part and im trying to install it to my HDD but it is not cooperating, it says the disk has an MBR? and windows could only install on GPT? WHAT DO I DO? ITS A NEW HDD.

in the partition window...delete the partition and remake it

 

if that doesn't work..you will have to clean the disk with diskpart

I so gotta delete where it says Drive 1 Partition 2?

only if you have backed up first tho

 

you should also disconnect any other drives then the boot drive..so you don't get confused about what drive is what

Well,i dont need any of the stuff on the hdd and i only got one hdd

then yea..just delete all partitions and remake them...if the drive is over 1tb..I suggest splitting it into alteast 2

Well it says i have an MBR partition table, windows can only be installed to GPT disks...

sounds like you need to clean the drive then

you can open the cmd window from the partition window in the windows setup by pressing ctrl+f10..I think
