Alright, so suddenly this, whenever I try to put a video within Chrome into full screen, whether that be YouTube, Netflix--whatever--the screen goes black, and then just hangs there. It only happens on Chrome, any other browser or application is fine. I have reset Chrome's settings, uninstalled it several times and even changes the version of Chrome (32-bit/64-bit) and can't seem to fix it. Though, after a fresh install of Chrome it will work fine, but if I reboot the computer, the problem comes back. Anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?

I've had that problem but mine was much simpler to fix, all I did was clear the cache on chrome and it was fine, idk what the problem is for you, maybe it is remembering account setting and is linked to your google + or something if you have one, otherwise I have nothing to help you.
