Can't run these Java things

So I'm trying to run the Opitifine installer and also tried to open a Minecraft server and they both open and close quickly, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java but nothing, This is Windows 10 btw.

It will say it in the minecraft launcher after you crash.

Well no, I open up optifine to install it to Minecraft and it won't open
