I have just bougjt a new sapphire r9 390 with a backplate.

What is this button near the power connectors do?

That's the Dual BIOS button IIRC.

Leave it as it was when you got it. It is for those who are messing around with flashing different BIOSes onto the card, as a sort of backup. For normal use, ignore it.

You want it glowing blue, if it's not glowing blue. push it. You'll better start up times.
