Hello everyone. This is my first time posting here in LTT forums. I would like that community here help me complete my yet already started PC build. I will be very thankful. My main reason for building is gaming. So I already have 8gb of RAM installed so my question is should I install more RAM for future usage? I recently purchased a Scythe Ninja 3 cooler which barely fit in my CM K380 case and XFX Radeon R9 270X DD. I had my FX4100 CPU overclocked to the limit (4.7GHz) on Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 motherboard. My psu corsair vx550w has no problems running those components. Finally, I need some advice about CPU cause my is getting preety old and it cant really cope with new titles.

Sorry for bad English or grammar mistakes, im from croatia.

feel free to take a look at my build and suggest some changes!

Welcome!

For about 300$ you can get a i5 4460 and a nice MSI Z97 PC Mate mobo, should be more than enough to game. As for GPU, I would recommend a AMD 380 or a GTX 960, both will be good for 1080p 60fps med-high gaming on new titles.

Also, 8gb of ram is enough for gaming at the moment, but in the future that will change. Nothing you need to worry about right now.
