But is the sound/mic quality any good?

Well if cant tell personally my self since im running this on the under powered onboard audio (ALC662) and the only reference i have are my sibiera v2 (but they sound better than those at least).

But if reviews are anything to go after they have excellent audio for the price, especially now when its cheaper.
