Cases with fan speed controller

Hey guys, I am looking for cheap cases with build in fan speed control like in fractal designs define r4.

I found this case browsing Finnish hardware stores, it looks pretty nice to me and its half the price of r4! It has 2 120mm fans stock, controller for them + 3 more fans + it has alot of space for hardware.

 

Feel free to link your recomendations for cheap cases with fan speed controller.

Why not just get a fan controller like the NZXT Grid+, Corsair Commander or use the motherboard's software control, it seems a lot are starting to move away from the manual case fan control.
