First PC Build

So I'm looking for some help on my new PC build and I have a few questions. This is the first time that I have ever built a gaming PC and I hope I've made good decisions. 

 

Specs:

 

• Case : CoolerMaster Cosmos II
• Motherboard : ASUS SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1
• CPU : Intel Core I5-6600K 3.5 GHz
• CPU Cooler : CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
• GPU : ASUS STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING
• SSD : Samsung 950 Pro 256 PCIe NVMe M.2
• HDD : WD Black 1TB 7.2k 
• Memory : Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8) DDR4 2400MHz
• PSU : EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 80+ Gold

So I need some guidance before I put this all together , one of my concerns with this built are the PCIe Lanes. I used PC Part Picker to verify the compatibility of the build but one thing that I've noticed is that the processor that I chose has only 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes. I know that the M.2 SSD I chose uses 4 lanes of the available 16 PCIe lanes , should a be concerned with this ? Will this have a massive effect in performance on my 980ti , also how will it effect the 980ti's performance?

you shouldn't be concerned unless you plan to go sli in the future (the 980 ti would probably just run at 8x which is more than enough bandwidth for the 980 ti)

Well , not now but in the future I would like to maybe add another 980ti to my system to do SLI , would that not work at all ?

nah don't worry too much the bandwitch on a single 16x lane aren't really fully utilised but it would make more sense to use a regular sata ssd though

There won't be any noticeable impact on performance from the pci lanes. I might rethink the case though, the Cosmos II is HUGE.
