Help Windows 7 factory settings reset

I just reset my computer because i am selling it, Now when i launch the computer the whole screen is only a portion of my monitor like a box in the middle, how to I make the screen fit to the entire monitor 

Listen, Smile, Agree. 

Then do whatever the fuck you were going to do anyway

Set your monitor to the appropriate resolution, if that doesnt fix it, adjust settings on monitor.

Graphics drivers , that probably what i need to do :| duh thanks 

 

Did you reinstall the graphics drivers?

Listen, Smile, Agree.
