Fallout 4 not recognizing my location

I simple had to visit my quarters in the institute, but it seems it can't recognize me being in it... Not sure what to do as with out it I can't proceed. Any ideas?

If you're sure you're not just standing in the wrong place and you're on the PC, you can try using a console command to set the objective to complete. Save the game first as these commands have sometimes been known to screw up peoples' saves in Skyrim.
