i only have generic suggestions.

 

remove the device. uninstall the drivers / software. reinsert the device and see if windows has a signed driver available.

if no, download and install the latest available drivers for your device.

if yes, see if the device is working as expected. if it works as expected, then go ahead and download and install the software required if thats your thing.

 

if it still doesnt work, try on another device. if it fails to work there, talk to the vendor supporting your device. if it works there, then have a look at your desktop. if it works previously, a system rollback might be in order. if system restore works, then install / update whatever you did between the rollback period and the time it broke, once you did something that breaks the device, take note of what you did, and check whoever supports that.
