bo3 60fps cap?

They didn't? There's an FPS slider in the settings menu that goes up to at least 144fps (although I'm pretty sure it actually goes higher -- I just never tried).

This is really annoying me. I wan't to get more than 60 fps. Why did they lock it? How can I change it?
