so my specs are stated below

i5 2500k

ThermalTake Frio Air cooler with 2 sp120's

Asrock z77 Extreme 4

nvidia GTX 970 MSI

120GB OCZ SSD

1TB Caviar Black

8 GB Team Dark 1600mhz Rams

1000 Watt FSP Aurum 80+Gold

 Corsair Graphite 600t

I use this PC mostly on Work/Gaming. I don't do Editing (video) I rarely do photoshop. I basically do like 70% Gaming and 30 % work (Microsoft office, Browsing,) so what should I upgrade? I'm not planning on upgrading now but I wanna know at least on what part should I upgrade. I'm thinking the processor and the motherboard would be a good choice although I don't think I'll benefit a lot from i7's

CPU: I5 7400 | Motherboard: MSI H110M  | RAM: 16GB G-Skill 2400mhz  | GPU:  NVIDIA  MSI Gaming 4G GTX 970 | Case: Tecware Quad | Cooling: Stock| Storage: Kingston 120gb SSD, 1TB Drive ,  | PSU: Seasonic 620 Watt 80+ Bronze Full Modular | Display: Devant 50 Inch Smart TV   |

You could either upgrade your 2500k to a skylake CPU or get a 1440p monitor now and a 980ti later or a 980ti now and a 1440p monitor later.

You can always get a nice SSD boot drive :) A 120gb M.2 drive would make your OS super snappy and responsive or if you dont want to go with M.2 you can just get a 120gb 850 Pro and get around the same performance.
