IPS Help

Hey all!

I'n currently working on my first pc build but I needed some help with finding the right monitor, and have around $250 to spend on one. Planning on having a GTX 970 just as extra info.

Some features I'm sorta looking for is:

IPS Panel

1080p

24 in

60hz (144 if possible)

Around 5ms response time (max) if possible as well

Also, hoping to find a matte monitor instead of a glossy design

If you want 144Hz at that size and resolution you'll have to give up IPS. The best all-around 1080p IPS monitor is the Dell U2414H. If you'd rather have a 144Hz TN monitor then the ASUS VG248QE is the best choice for that.

The Asus Designo series are IPS and some Mx series. Also Acer makes IPS monitors with nice matte screens and 60 hz, got my stepson one. IDK if it's 5ms but it was a great price and nice bright picture (they use a lighter filter and the colors look great. I'll post the link:
