Used GPU on Amazon

So I know this isn't exactly a best case scenario for buying a GPU, but I just got a $75 Amazon Gift Card and want a new GPU. Problem is, I'm only 15 so my budget is very low. I would like to buy used, for the much better price-to-performance in the low-mid range GPU market, but Amazon isn't exactly the best site for used stuff. What is the best card I could get between $75 to $150 used on Amazon? (Please don't try to convince me to buy a 260x or 750 Ti new, if I do end up buying new I will save up for a R9 380 4 GB). Maybe something like a 7950?

You could try trading someone on craigslist if you see an GPU on there you like that around $75

Used 390. I saw one on CL for 140 USD a few weeks ago.

I bought my 7950 off eBay for £50 (75$ roughly) and it works perfectly.
