Get neither. Go for a 980ti or 390x :)

The 980ti is significantly more than the 980 but I might get it if I get like one or two more customers soon for my website building company :D

Ditch the RAM and just get some normal Corsair LPX. Dominator Platinum is over priced IMO, theres so little difference between it and any other RAM I just don't see where the extra price of it comes from ($100 Heat Spreader?)

I managed to do your build with the Gaming M5 instead of the M3, a WD HDD instead of the Seagate, a 980ti and Windows 10 and its still cheaper than yours.
