With a price tag like that, a 390x/980 would be needed. Also, if this is only for gaming, an i5 would be fine. One last point, http://pcpartpicker.com/, use please.

The 980ti is significantly more than the 980 but I might get it if I get like one or two more customers soon for my website building company

Ditch the RAM and just get some normal Corsair LPX. Dominator Platinum is over priced IMO, theres so little difference between it and any other RAM I just don't see where the extra price of it comes from ($100 Heat Spreader?)

I managed to do your build with the Gaming M5 instead of the M3, a WD HDD instead of the Seagate, a 980ti and Windows 10 and its still cheaper than yours.
